Hosted email accessfor AI agents
Fluxmail Cloud connects ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and other MCP clients to Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP mailbox. Each agent signs in with OAuth and gets only the mailboxes and permissions you approve.
7-day free trial, then $15/month for 10 mailboxes. See plans
Set up in one message
Paste this into your agent. It reads the setup guide, configures the connection, and tells you when to sign in.
Set up Fluxmail Cloud. Read https://fluxmail.ai/docs/cloud/setup.txt and follow the setup guide. Configure the connection, let me choose mailboxes and permissions in Fluxmail, and verify it works. Guide me through any sign-in or consent steps.
Works with these clients and others that support remote MCP with OAuth:
- Claude
- ChatGPT
- Codex
- Hermes
- Cursor
You can also set it up by hand with the instructions for your client.
What happens next
Your agent adds the server
It reads the Cloud setup guide and adds the fluxmail-cloud server to your client.
You connect a mailbox
Sign up, start a trial, and connect Gmail or Outlook through their own sign-in, or enter IMAP and SMTP settings.
You approve the agent
Fluxmail shows the workspace, mailboxes, and permissions the agent asked for. Uncheck any you don’t want to grant.
It checks the connection
The agent lists your five most recent emails without opening them.
Separate permissionsfor each agent
Each client you approve gets its own mailboxes and permissions. Revoking one leaves the others connected.
- 15 minutes
- Access tokens expire, and clients refresh them automatically.
- 30 days
- An unused refresh token expires and the agent signs in again.
- 90 days
- Approvals expire. You can approve the agent again if you still want it connected.
You can review and revoke each connection from the Cloud dashboard. How permissions work
Choose a preset or pick permissions one by one. The URL tells your client what to ask for when it signs in.

Your mail stays with your provider
Cloud passes each request through to Gmail, Outlook, or your IMAP server and doesn’t keep a copy of your inbox. Disconnecting a mailbox or deleting your account leaves your mail untouched.
Your agent
Calls Fluxmail tools over MCP, or the REST API with a key.
Fluxmail Cloud
Checks the connection’s mailboxes and permissions on every call, then talks to your provider.
- Gmail
- Outlook
- IMAP + SMTP
Hosted or self-hosted
Both use the same permission model. Pick Cloud if you’d rather not run a server, or self-host if you want everything on your own hardware.
